Above that you choose Starter at EUR 29 per month (EUR 348 per year) or Pro at EUR 59 per month (EUR 708 per year). There is no marketplace commission on your bookings and no lock-in.

Vev runs on a paid subscription: on its English pricing page from USD 9.99 per month (Vev), USD 19.99 (Pro) and USD 39.99 (Ultra), with a 30-day free trial of Pro and no credit card needed.^[1] After the trial you need a paid plan; Vev does not charge extra for team members. Built for the Netherlands and Belgium

This is the biggest difference. Salonnare runs on EU servers (Nuremberg, Germany), is fully GDPR-compliant and speaks your language: Dutch-language support during office hours from a Dutch developer.

Payments go through your own Stripe or Mollie account; Salonnare charges its own platform fee of 0.5% (min. EUR 0.30) per transaction on top. iDEAL is natively supported (via both Stripe Connect and Mollie), alongside Bancontact, SumUp and card payments. The point-of-sale calculates Dutch VAT rates (21% on services, 9% on retail) and produces an Auditfile export for the Dutch tax authority.
