Registration is open. Every new salon gets Pro free until 31 December 2026, and then 3 more months, so until 31 March 2027. You do not enter any payment details. After that you go back to the free plan, unless you choose a paid plan yourself: nothing switches to paid automatically. Salonnare is still in beta, so there may still be bugs.

Transaction fees
For online payments and POS card payments via Mollie or Stripe, Salonnare charges a platform fee of 0.5% with a minimum of €0.30 per transaction. This is Salonnare's own fee, on top of what your payment provider charges for the transaction itself.

In addition to your subscription. Deducted automatically via your connected payment provider (Mollie or Stripe) and applies to online payments, POS card payments, deposits and no-show fees. Standard Mollie and Stripe transaction costs are separate from this.

Are there setup fees?
No. Salonnare has no setup or activation fees.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, in the app. Moving from Free to Starter or Pro is immediate. If you already pay, upgrading to Pro takes effect right away and the difference is prorated; switching to Starter takes effect on your contract end date and can be withdrawn until then. Your contract and billing method stay the same.
What are the transaction fees?
Salonnare charges 0.5% with a minimum of €0.30 per transaction via your connected payment provider. A €20 payment incurs a €0.30 platform fee, €50 costs €0.30 and €100 costs €0.50. This is on top of standard Mollie or Stripe rates. The subscription is separate from these transaction fees.
Is VAT included?
Prices are excluding VAT (21%). EU business customers with valid VAT number may qualify for reverse charge.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months and get 2 free: Starter costs €290 and Pro €590 per year. You choose this yourself when you subscribe. If you pay monthly, a 12-month contract applies. Both renew automatically for 12 months until you cancel; you can cancel in the app at any time and it takes effect on the end date. Free has no contract.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling takes effect on the end date of your contract. After that you move back to the free Free plan: your account and data stay, and you can export them at any time. Want to stop completely? Then delete your account; your data is then permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR.

Yes. Contact us at info@salonnare.com for a personal demo. We will walk through all features together and answer your questions.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. You move clients, services, products and appointments over from a CSV or Excel export of your current software, for example Salonized, Timely or Fresha. If that does not work, we do the import by hand at no cost.
Do you offer discounts for freelancers?
The Free plan is already free and ideal for solo professionals. For freelancers with larger needs, the Starter plan is available from €29/month.
