Transaction fees
For online payments and POS card payments via Mollie or Stripe, Salonnare charges a platform fee of 1.5% with a minimum of €0.50 per transaction.

In addition to your subscription. Deducted automatically via your connected payment provider (Mollie or Stripe) and applies to online payments, POS card payments, deposits and no-show fees. Standard Mollie and Stripe transaction costs are separate from this.

Are there setup fees?
No. Salonnare has no setup or activation fees.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
What are the transaction fees?
Salonnare charges 1.5% with a minimum of €0.50 per transaction via your connected payment provider. A €20 payment incurs a €0.50 platform fee, €50 costs €0.75 and €100 costs €1.50. This is on top of standard Mollie or Stripe rates. The subscription is separate from these transaction fees.
Is VAT included?
Prices are excluding VAT (21%). EU business customers with valid VAT number may qualify for reverse charge.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes - pay annually and get 2 months free. Contact us for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After that, it is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR.

Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. You can import clients via CSV in settings. We also support migrations from Treatwell, Salonized and other systems.
Do you offer discounts for freelancers?
The Free plan is already free and ideal for solo professionals. For freelancers with larger needs, the Starter plan is available from €29/month.
