Health notes in an encrypted GDPR vault
Special-category data such as allergies, medication and skin conditions lives in a separate, encrypted vault apart from regular notes. Access is role-based and every view is logged. Clients fill in intake forms digitally beforehand, and consent is stored GDPR-compliant on EU servers.

Fewer no-shows with deposits
Set a deposit per treatment (fixed amount or percentage) via iDEAL or card. On a no-show the deposit is automatically withheld; on a timely cancellation it is refunded via SEPA. A required deposit works as a clear commitment threshold and can noticeably reduce repeat no-shows.

Can I set different durations and prices per treatment?
Yes. Each treatment has its own duration, price, required staff skill and linked products.
Does it work with packages and subscriptions?

How do gift cards work?
Digital gift cards with unique codes, purchasable via your website, redeemable at the POS. Salonnare automatically deducts from the balance.
