Right of withdrawal
Last updated: 21 April 2026
Are you a consumer and have you subscribed to a paid Salonnare plan? You generally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may withdraw from the contract free of charge. This page explains how that works and where to download the model form.
14-day cooling-off period
Under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This right applies only to paid B2C agreements; free plans are not subject to the cooling-off period because no payment obligation exists.
Waiver upon immediate delivery (Art. 6:230p BW)
Salonnare is a digital service that becomes available immediately upon registration. If you explicitly acknowledged at registration that you want immediate access and waived your right of withdrawal, that right expires once the service is delivered. Without that explicit consent, you keep the full 14 days.
