Salonnare uses clear, fixed pricing: a free plan at EUR 0 per month (1 staff member, 50 bookings per month), Starter at EUR 9.99 per month (EUR 99.90 per year) and Pro at EUR 14.99 per month (EUR 149.90 per year). No credit card needed to start on Free and no marketplace commission on your bookings. You know exactly what you pay up front.

Versum's pricing page now leads to Booksy's: one subscription with all features, a charge per extra team member and a 7-day free trial, but no free plan.^[1] The price varies by country (in the UK, for example, GBP 40 per month plus GBP 5 per extra team member). On top of that, Booksy's optional Boost feature charges a one-time 30% on the first visit of a new client who comes in through its marketplace. Salonnare has a fully free plan and no marketplace commission.

Built for the Netherlands and Belgium

This is the biggest difference. Salonnare is built Dutch-first. The point of sale applies the Dutch VAT rates you set per treatment and product (21% and 9%) and you can export the sales per VAT rate for your bookkeeper in a few clicks. iDEAL is built in natively through both Stripe Connect and Mollie, alongside Bancontact, SumUp and card payments.

The servers are located in the EU (Germany) and everything is GDPR compliant, including a separate encrypted vault for health data (GDPR Art. 9) and a per-client GDPR export.
