Built for the Netherlands and Belgium

Salonnare is built NL/BE-first. iDEAL is natively supported via both Stripe Connect and Mollie, alongside Bancontact, SumUp and card payments. Payments run through your own Stripe or Mollie account; on top of that, Salonnare charges its own platform fee of 0.5% (min. EUR 0.30) per transaction, alongside the standard provider fees.

The point of sale calculates the correct Dutch VAT rates (21% and 9%, set per treatment and product) and you can export the sales per VAT rate for your bookkeeper. Your data is hosted on EU servers in Germany and everything is GDPR-compliant, including a separate health-data vault for special category data.
