According to their pricing page, SimplyBook.me has a free plan with 50 bookings per month and paid plans from EUR 11.90 per month (Basic, billed annually) up to EUR 49.90 (Premium).^[1] The system is highly modular: many features come as separate custom features that you switch on individually. Built for the Netherlands and Belgium

This is where Salonnare really differs. iDEAL works natively through your own Stripe or Mollie account (on top of that, Salonnare charges its own platform fee of 0.5%, min. EUR 0.30 per transaction, alongside the standard provider fees). On top of that there is Bancontact, SumUp and card payments.

The point of sale calculates Dutch VAT rates (21% and 9%, set per treatment and product) and offers an accounting export for your accountant. SimplyBook.me is multilingual including Dutch and works worldwide, but is generic by design: the fiscal and payment finesse for the NL/BE market is not the core of the product. For a salon that deals with the Dutch tax office and iDEAL, that saves a lot of figuring-out in practice.
