Plandoo positions itself as budget-friendly: according to their pricing page, ZZP (1 staff member) costs EUR 15, Team (up to 3 staff) EUR 30 and Pro (unlimited) EUR 45 per month, excl. According to their FAQ, booking, calendar, client card, point of sale, reports and SMS and email confirmations are in all three plans; iDEAL deposits run through a linked payment provider.

Built for the Dutch and Belgian market

Both tools are available in Dutch, but Salonnare is deliberately built NL/BE-first. Clients pay natively through iDEAL (via both Stripe Connect and Mollie), Bancontact, SumUp and card. The point of sale applies the correct Dutch VAT rates (21% and 9%, set per treatment and product) and offers an accounting export (Exact Online, Moneybird, MT940 or CSV) you can hand straight to your accountant.

On top of that, Salonnare runs entirely on EU servers in Germany and is GDPR-compliant, including a separate secure vault for health data (Article 9). For salons working internationally or wanting to offer multiple languages, the software is available in 9 languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish.
