After that you can choose Starter at EUR 9.99 per month (EUR 99.90 per year) or Pro at EUR 14.99 per month (EUR 149.90 per year). No marketplace commission (Salonnare's platform fee of 0.5%, min. EUR 0.30, per transaction still applies).

Pabau uses a per-user model according to their pricing page, with plans by team size (Solo, Team, Medium, Group and Enterprise); the amounts depend on your location and number of users and are not listed on that page^[1]. Built for EU salons

Salonnare is EU-first. You take payments through your own Stripe or Mollie account, with iDEAL native (via both Stripe Connect and Mollie), Bancontact, SumUp and card. On top of that, Salonnare charges its own platform fee of 0.5% (min. EUR 0.30) per transaction, alongside the standard provider fees.

Data lives on EU servers in Germany and the platform is GDPR-compliant. Pabau is strong in the UK market; its website is available in several languages, including English and Dutch, but its pricing page does not mention iDEAL - one of the things that keep your front desk and admin running smoothly every day.

Verdict: why Salonnare wins

There is exactly one situation where Pabau is worth considering: a true medical clinic with heavy compliance requirements around patient records, where extensive medical charting, consent forms and before/after documentation are central. Pabau is more developed there for the UK clinic market.
