One treatment chart, five templates
Pick the template that fits the treatment: foot (pedicure), face, injectables, lashes or reflexology. You click findings on a drawing of the foot or face, and for lashes you set the length, curl and thickness per zone in the lash map. Before and after photos belong to every record, with left and right kept apart for foot and lashes. Terms appear in plain language first, then the professional term: "Bunion, crooked big toe (hallux valgus)". For lashes you see the term you use in the salon, like Cat eye or Wet look.

Encrypted, just like the health vault
A treatment record holds health data (GDPR art. 9). That is why it is stored encrypted, only a staff member with the health data permission can open it, and every view is logged. Without the client's consent you cannot create a record. After 24 hours a record is locked; from then on you only add a dated addendum. Records are kept for 20 years, and you can erase them at the client's request. Sharing works through printing or PDF, never by email.

Linked to your calendar
Link a template to a treatment and the appointment shows a button to the right record straight away. After an appointment without a record you get a To do notification. A new record starts from the fixed details of the previous one, and a warning such as an allergy shows up right in the appointment. Missing something in a list? Add your own items, rename them or hide what you don't use.
