Commission rules that fit the way you work
Set a default percentage for the whole salon and add rules per staff member: for treatments, for one treatment category, for products or for tips. A rule is a percentage or a fixed amount. The most specific rule wins, so a rule for one stylist always comes before the general one.

Calculated automatically on every paid receipt
As soon as a receipt is paid, Salonnare calculates the commission on the revenue after discount and excluding VAT. A discount on the whole receipt is spread across the lines in proportion. If there is a refund later, a reversal line is added, even when the commission has already been paid out: the difference is then settled in the next payout. If you link a receipt to an appointment afterwards, Salonnare recalculates the commission. If it was already approved or paid out, the difference is added as a correction line and you get a notification with who and how much.

Approve, pay out and export
Approve commissions yourself or have them approved automatically after a number of days you choose. After the payout you mark them as paid. Export the lines as CSV for your accountant or as a SEPA file you import at your bank. You see a report per staff member, and every staff member sees their own commission in the app.
