Renting a chair to a self-employed stylist? The renter gets their own environment, takes payment for their own treatments on their own Stripe or Mollie account, and you send a rent invoice per period.
Every renter gets their own environment, with one agenda
Invite a self-employed stylist as a renter and set the rent: a fixed amount per day, week or month, a percentage of their own treatments, or both. The renter gets their own environment with their own agenda, clients, treatments and booking page. If they rent at several salons, they keep one agenda and only the location changes per day. In your agenda you see their appointments at your salon: time, treatment and client name. If they stop renting from you, they take their clients, appointments and history with them.

Own treatments to their own account, products to the salon
On their working days the renter takes payment in your till. A mixed basket becomes two receipts, each with its own payment. Their own treatments go on their receipt, with their company and VAT details, and that money goes to their own Stripe or Mollie account. The salon’s products and treatments go on the salon’s receipt: money and VAT go to the salon, and the renter earns a commission on the products they sell.

The rent on one invoice per period
For each period Salonnare prepares a draft rent invoice from you to the renter: per calendar week for weekly rent, otherwise per calendar month. It shows the fixed rent, the percentage of their own revenue excl. VAT, the VAT on the rent and the product commission that is offset against it. You check the invoice, send it and mark it as paid once the money arrives. Payment goes directly between the two of you.
