Health intake in an encrypted GDPR vault
New clients fill in a health form before their first visit: medical history, injuries, medication, pregnancy. This special-category data lives in a separate, encrypted vault apart from regular notes, with role-based access and logging. You see red flags right away on arrival.
Deposits reserve your time
Set a deposit per service (fixed amount or percentage) via iDEAL or card. The client pays when booking and the amount is settled with the final invoice. For longer sessions this keeps your expensive slots from sitting empty. On a timely cancellation it is refunded via SEPA.
